DF6 Defense Academy reserves the right to use any photograph and/or video taken at any event sponsored by DF6 Defense Academy, without the expressed written permission of those included within the photograph/video. DF6 Defense Academy may use the photograph/video in publications or other media material produced, used or contracted by DF6 Defense Academy including but not limited to: brochures, invitations, books, newspapers, magazines, television, websites, social media advertisements, etc.
To ensure the privacy of individuals and children, images will not be identified using full names or personal identifying information without written approval from the photographed subject, parent or legal guardian.
A person attending an DF6 Defense Academy event who does not wish to have their image used for distribution should make their wishes known to the photographer, and/or the event organizers, and/or contact DF6 Defense Academy, in writing of his/her intentions, submit a photo of himself/herself, and specify which photograph(s) to which they are referring. DF6 Defense Academy will use the photo for identification purposes and will hold it in confidence.
By participating in an DF6 Defense Academy event and by failing to notify DF6 Defense Academy in writing, of your desire to not have your photograph used by DF6 Defense Academy, you are agreeing to release, defend, hold harmless and indemnify DF6 Defense Academy from any and all claims involving the use of your picture or likeness.
Any person or organization not affiliated with DF6 Defense Academy may not use, copy, alter or modify DF6 Defense Academy photographs, graphics, videography or other similar reproductions or recordings without the advance written permission of an authorized designee from DF6 Defense Academy.
